Nothing is obvious at all.
He looks too small, even with high FOV he would still be in proportion which he doesn't appear to be.

Just because his feet happen to be on the stairs does not mean he is inside and the hitcloud does not necessarily relate to that player.

Regardless it is obviously too contentious to be proof....

and anyways you are wrong, you can also check his hand, it got bugged and is inside the wall, if it was a WH, you could see his hand
also the puff, but it's not necessary a clear proof
