like stealing car or cheating (in my friend's case using moviecfg in a free game is comparable -,- I don't support cheaters, but in my opinion is just useless and it kills the game, if the players are active :---p of c if they are pretty suspicious, then he/she should get banned.

Someone being suspicious is an opinion and can not be recognized by any official form such as a pbban for example. It's impossible to look at each single case, so he deserves a ban like every other player with a punkbuster banned guid.

I know that it was wrong in nsd's case anyways, but 90% of the cheaters will keep cheating if they dont get punished hard for it. I think its a good way CB goes now. In my opinion cheating should be punished also when it was 1 year ago, since thats the only way cheaters will keep their fingers away from it.

i donno if he cheated or not (unless i see solid proofs im convinced he hasnt cheated, hes the biggest anticheater i know), but i know for sure that he is not cheating now (again i know him to be the biggest cheater hater in the community)...
