good admin/bad admin?? What is YOUR oppinion?

This thread is about the way admin's should do their job. Off course we should be thankfull that some peepz put effort in it at all, but if some do it not the way we like to... then...?

I don't wanna be cocky towards anybody, but I think this attention to the subject might help new admin's in their job of being a loved admin we all want at our (cup)war.
