need help with camtrace

ok so I have a parcour in camtrace, but now I want to see it in ET.
But I don't no how to play it in et. I only know you have to script it somehow and then when you are in et you must do /freecame.

I know there was a tutorial of camtrace and how to watch it in et but the site (etconfigs.net) is down or doesn't excist anymore and I think the last one.

So my question is can somebody explain me how to watch it in et
