when I do exec autoexec and make vid_restart then happens

cg_gun_frame error probally.
make sure it's 0 else you get kicked when you: vid_restart, snd_restart, map change etc.

punkbustra is firewalled or blocked by another program. check in ur pc.

If you mean the : Axis, Axis, Axis ...

You have to look in you autoexec (Class bind), its a "echo" from it.

If you meant the PB : "...."

Update it : http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=dl-et.php

Re-install it : http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe

If you use Windows Vista :

Start ET as Admin

Look if PB got "rights"
