play with better team mates that are better than you,they'll give you tips, you can see how they play and you'll play vs better opponents.

or you can go sten on cybergames when bored.

aim ---> play 1vs1 vs better than you

teamplay ---> join an active clan

trickjumping --> download trickjump tutorial maps and practise

tricks and shit --> watch eurocup XVIII or cc5 demos

try to aim with ur wrist only, using high sensitivity. play vs better opponents, watch ETTV

just play many 6on6 wars and think about your skill and try to find out what you could improve

Try different settings until you are satisfied with them
Play vs good opponents
Try to get in some "good" team
