Excess Flood

Guys please help me.

If I join a ETpro server and I want to join a team, I get kicked with the sentence:"excess flood".
I don't spam, I don't repeat a bind or config.
The only buttons i press are L, team select with mouse and ok.
Then some errors are showed: `FLOOD KICK WARNING'.
And I'm gone.

Please help me, thx !

but the weird stuff is, sometimes i can play for 5 min and somethimes only 2 secs
