Unofficial ET-Guide online again

Short sidenote: I put Rajs' abandoned Unofficial ET-Strategy Guide (velocity.lunarpages.com) online again at www.enemy-territory.net. I had an offline-copy of 2006 stored as I worked on a german translation for him back then. Unfortunately, I've got no contact to Raj anymore, but his site is just too nice to leave it down. It's left widely untouched, all credits go to Raj a.k.a. velocity. :)
