Cups and league

In the competition, there are 16 teams. If there are more than 16 teams registered, first 8 will be automatically admitted to the competition, the other ones will have to qualify first. 16 qualified teams will be divided into groups of four. Best two groups will qualify to quarterfinals. Also, they will be automatically admitted to the next edition of the competition, obviously if they are interested.
