r_draw2d 0 will give you a lot of fps but you won't see you're hud or any chat/kill messages

also if you are using old ati/nvidea cards try using omega drivers, boosted some 30-40 fps for me back with my first pc.

Also use the menu to turn off all effects like brass, tracers, fps, ups, time, lagometer also take a few fps so leave them off.

Try kRONE's cfg it has some nice popup settings that might reduce the fluctuations

If you have an older nvidea or ATI card they're really great, gave me a nice fps boost with my x850xtp back in the days.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Starting from Catalyst 6.6 and up, the following cards/chipsets (including Mobility) are no longer supported by the ATI or Omega Drivers:

Radeon 7k Series
Radeon 8k Series
Radeon 9k-9250 Series

naja ich spiele et seit 2003 und ich bin 100prozentig viel besser als du dafür dass ich high bin und du low wirfst du bier mit örtern wie "must be pro" rum, naja wnb halt
