cap spikes

Got lag spikes when my fps drops from 125 (stable) to 4,5 :O
Can somebody help me with it coz getting sick of it :<

Had same problem, problem disappeared when went to server without pb (suprise suprise)

If you got new config, try other one..
I had the same, got new cfg and it dissapears..
Dont know why xD
