What settings do u use for your widescreen _ingame_ ?

Here is mine:

Screen: LG Flatron L227WT 22"

- r_mode 6 @ 75Hz
- r_fullscreen 1
- com_maxfps 125

:)

tell meh yours !, is it any good players using widescreen :o ? lets see !

i also feel it using DVI
try 1440x900@75hz, feels much smoother than any 60hz resolution

if i have, only show supported hz balblabalb in nvidida drivers i can still choose 75hz in 1024x768 and in 800x600 and in 1280x1024

No, I use a CRT for a reason. However.

CONSIDERING THE MONITORS ARE SHITTY SUPERLANMODE
Asus 22" TN Panel
1280x800 @ 75hz
maxfps 125
fov something like 110, widescreen version of fov 100.

One question: whats with all you faggots using 4:3 resolutions on 16:10 monitors... I hope you play with black bars down the side, otherwise enjoy ruining your aim

i'd wouldn't use 1280x800@75hz, imo 1440x900@75hz is much better coz:
- Interpolation would be better. At 1280x800 it's way TOO blurry, not that cristally clear as low resolutions at CRT monitor.
- at CC5 monitors it was native resolution
- not all widescreens have 1280x800 mode :( and some of those which have got work only @60hz at it
though the mouse feeling is different at different resolutions (feels faster at lower ones for me, but might be placebo)

i paly on 15.4 inch laptop screen.. not sure if i should paly with r_mode 6 or 8.. beforei played with 1680,1050 which was also nice but hard to aim.

cuess i will play with r_mode 8 & 85fps..dont feel any differences with this fps settings anyway :P

thats also why i dont play with 1680x1050 anymore.. u cant imagine how fuckign big the enemys were when playing on r_mode 6 after 1 month of high resolution :D
