sounds problem

its possible to turn off sounds like: Hi / support sounds / cp blowing? (im mean that man who is talking this shits) :XD :XD :XD

cg_novoicechats 1 bestestest in et. only removes hi, teamchat and need medic and stuff

I leave announcements on though as they tend to be more 'need to know' than random 'infiltrate' commands :)
