How do i set up ET and its patches onto vista?

Im a computer noob an i need help.

You make it as you should do with WINDOWS XP :) download normally from INTERNET , and use Run As Adminstator.. (to make it run good)

my sisters PC got vista :P that means i have to help her every five minutes so i have used enough time on vista :>
