direct input for wolfenstein?

hi,
is it possible to use direct input for wolfenstein? the normal mouse settings feel so unsmooth, it's like playing with an xbox controler...
i already created a direct input profile for wolfenstein but it makes the game damn laggy :'(

less efects, lower resolution.

/m_rawinput 1
same as rinput, less delay than dinput
Is that m_smooth thing still forced to 1? Remember playing the beta and my sens felt horrible and it wouldn't let me change it.
m_smooth can be set from 1 to 8, but 1 seems to be the best ^^

ye if you like delayed response time even with 125 fps, feels like m_filter 1000

game has m_rawput 1 by default. the mouselag you feel is an engine problem which makes the whole engine stutter every x ms. it has been explained in detail on the wolf and etqw forums several times, doubt they will ever fix it.

m_smooth 1 will take the average of the last gameframe for input, average of 1 is 1 so it doesnt do anyting.
m_smooth 2 will take the mouseinput of the last two frames and take the average as input
m_smooth 3 will take the mouseinput of the last three frames etc etc etc
