Trickjump server cfg

Hi,

Searched on google and in CF archive, but failed massively in finding a proper trickjump cfg for my server :p

So if someone has one or knows where to get it from, let me know!

open the global config change medicskill to 4 for adrenaline or put nofatigue in it

All were good, but using the one from blitzz.. most complete including the 2 .LUA files.
