Fps Drops ! Anything to do ?

So look at the picture i got every second this drop , and ping is goin up for a sec ...
it really piss me off i cant play like that
Anything to do ? Or just PB ? :\

every match i have several long time fps drops. fps falling to 0 every second and i can't move (it causes 999 ping). when i make this screenshot i have same fps drop. so i think the reason is PB screenshots! so:
-play under linux
-buy new pc
-move pb to second core and set to high priority (use additional utilities)
