i had like 5months etqw server from them and vent...
it was good for 2months. Rest of the time lagging/hanging or not even working at all And no it was not ETQW or me, it was server lagg because everyone had it. They are good guys tho, with tickets they react fast and they try to do it good. But the quality is not there. Ping was fine ofc for me -.-
I strongly disagree. They have invested alot of time and money and as far as i know they are still in depth. Whenever you need adjustment to slots, resetting the password lock or even something silly as trying out features they will help you until it works.
I agree 3 months ago their servers were running a bit unstable but currently i have no problems with the ET server, and afaik this and yesterday evening were the first time the vents crashed in a long time, which if i am correct are not even hosted by ycn in the first place.
All in all ycn offers good quality for a low price and they provide the best service i have experienced with a gameserver host until now. :)

seriously, john and starzi rock my world on a daily basis, and just saying crap like this seems a bit silly without basing your post on any sort of evidence,truth or basis :/ if you dont like ycn, fair enough, but at least give a reason?
Well tbh most people here dont even know if the lag they're experiencing is caused by the hosting(routing)/hardware/punkbuster, they just see 'oh its a YCN server, IT SUCKS!!!' -.-

from ur profile, 512MB ram (in a prefab Dell) usually says enough :D
and for these bouncers: dont know where they're hosting them, if its on their .de servers, its the connection, because my own server is hosted at the same provider (netdirekt) and my bnc's timeout also at least 3 times a week :P
i can't say anything but good things about YCN there service rocks when i ever needed soemthing done i dont have to wait, for the cost of the servers bncor what ever it si i dont mind if it goes down is it a pain in the ass sure but its also life, they work fast to get it up they give shit so i will keep going to them KEEP RACKING GUYS :)

lost my cod4 server *snif*
And I dont really see their bnc's timing out EVERYDAY :x
