molo needs help again

well i got two problem first of im cless and looking for clan im low+/med- skilled speak finnish and english so pm me here or on xfire--->huppux

the other problem i have is i got fucked up pc and no money so can some 1 give me good fps config here is some information about my comp

Intel Celeron CPU 2.00GHz
Radeon 9500 Pro / 9700
Intel PRO/100 VE Network Connection

If you have a 2.00 hz CPU, i think you arent even able to get 1 fps:D edit it to Ghz:)
