Management spot

Aloha guys,

as i have left my former organization because of somehow inactivity, disinterest and internal debates / arguments, i am looking for a new challenge.

As taking part of a management, taking responsibilitys ( at least in the sponsoring area ) and working together "hand-in-hand" with other persons who are sharing my opinions, is still interesting me and making so much fun, i am on the look for a new established team / mgc / organization.


So my requirements to You are the following...

- decent & well established organization ( no new projects )
- international organization prefered ( not a must )
- MGC's prefered
- allready good working management
- pleasent atmosphere to work in
- nice & mature people to work with
- sponsoring area preferd ( but also open for new things / challenges )


This is what You can expect from me...

- mature person
- able to work independently if needed
- able to work in a team a as well
- good England & Germany knowledge in language and writing
- acceptalbe Poland knowledge in language
- good connections to e.g. IRC services companys, voiceserver companys, warserver companys and so on
- "Own" graphic & homepage designer & coder ( http://n4design.deviantart.com )
- motivated
- a person You can count on

I am not posting this to get any special rewards or something, i just want to share my present knowledge & management skills with a good working, well established and motivated organization.
