ALT or F`10 freezes

So whenever I play ET and I hit ALT (Left one) or F10 I fucking freeze and get 999.
Anyone know how to stop this, so annoying

seems to me it shouldn't matter. though you could try to /unbind them, and press them afterwards. If they still make you lag, they might be triggering some ET-unrelated prog. (like ETbot or w/e :0) )

F10 is one of my spawnpoints and alt is for stats
