* around med, don't care - good enough to do your job
* 2 / 3 day a week train

its pretty simple, CB nationscup has denied our beautifull country LLI to participate in their cup simply because they are racists. Now we are trying to gather our forces to strike down these CB clowns once and for all and set things straight
