How do you setup your server.
1) OS
2) Software installed, MS exchange, ISA, Proxy, etc etc
3) Do you use 2 nics on the server
4) Do you use a hardware firewall
5) Do you have wireless also if so do you just add an AP
6) Do you use mutli server, like a backup DC
7) Do you use member servers
Anything else, i am sure there is loads more to ask

Home server or small business server, that a company uses for mail, file, print, web, backup, domain, wireless, just a standard small/medium sized business server setup.
Just install a server version OS. Windows server is very easy to use.
