run pbsetup.exe / MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE ENEMY TERRITORY INSTEAD OF wolfestein, also do /pb_sleep 500 ;pb_security 0

You have to give permissions on the Firewall.
Too: Start/run/msconfig/start/pnkbstrB--> automatic

If does not work download and run this application:
www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe
