How to play WideScreen?

Hi all... I got problems with playing ET at WideScreen, when I start ET its at 800x600 and everything is stretched :/ I want to play at 1440x900

I putted this in my etconfig
seta r_customheight "900"
seta r_customwidth "1440"
seta r_mode "-1"

It only works when I exec etconfig of autoexec and after I did vid_restart...

But that sux to do everytime when I gonna play ET :(

Someone can help me with this??
