Download pbsvc.exe and run it, give logs if anything is red

Kaspersky might cause the problem. Ctrl+Alt+Del and close Kaspersky's .exe. Then try again. If it's not that then right click on "My Computer" -> "Management" -> "Services and Applications" and check PnkBstrB's status there, if it's "Deactivated" put it on "Automatic".

have u used pbsvc to uninstall all the services (not only A and B but especially K) and then used pbsetup to reinstall ?
