hello after one restarting of bio public server at 23h00 in france i played with 6 guys and i have a ban ...

why ?

You didn't hear this from me, but in some (most?) cases deleting your etkey and hence changing your GUID will unban you..

I dunno whether or not PB bans by IP too nowadays, if it does, you can change your IP too by rebooting your ADSL modem in some cases. My IP doesn't, though, because my ISP is retarded :(.
