There is no IP Match between those 2 accounts, because there is a 5 month gap and it's easy to phone your isp and ask for a new ip or just reset your modem, so there is no way you can prove it is him, and there is no proof for a cb ban.

You don't need an GUID or IP Match when you play an official cb/esl match, you only need ip and pbguid proof when you play a random irc war.

1) before you play an official war you always have to check guids, so it is not our problem from then.
2) that is very unlikely, considering matches are played on gtv servers (and we can get server logs) and ppl using their own server would provide server logs to prove it was a faker
3) SOOSSI had already admitted it was him on the demo, cos his first excuse was "i wasnt cheating" after some minutes when he realised everyone was 100% it was hax, he changed his excuse to "leku was cheating and nick faking me"
4) i didn't make these rules, i just follow them

if he is busted by pbban, #2 will get the ban, cos you can see the ip
if he is busted by demo, #1 will get the ban unless they give the server logs, and anyway, giving your etkey is ban worthy, it is like giving your identity card

it's not allowed, but if he doesn't cheat nothing happens, but it's very risky, and you are reasonable for your own guid.
