Help problems

I would like to get advice because I have problems with fps. My parameters are CPU: 1.8mhz Drive: 100GB Graphics Card: ATI Radeon 1gb for the players. 350v AC. Wants to have at least 100 fps or may be lower, but still. Please reply fast. Maybe some config and how not to want to know what I have to buy and to fit

You must buy the RAM, more RAM you have on your PC over your FPS will increase ...
Before i have 512MB ==> 30FPS
Now i have 2GB ==> 125 stable

FPS ==> RAM
