Installing ET after 2 years

I see there is still some activity in the et community, haven't played for like 2 years.

But, i can't remember the hoops you have to jump through to make it work properly.
I've installed et, the 2.6 patch, the 2.6b patch and etpro, so far so good.
But i get kicked by punkbuster for different reasons, my guid is too new try again in 14 days, unknown reason and so forth.

Maybe you have some ideas about what i've forgotten to do.

I installed the game four days ago with the ultimateintaller or whatever its called from gtv and it works fine (on windows7)

About "my guid is too new try again in 14 days": its just some publics that have guid age limit :P aka if you deleted etkey you cant play there until 14 days have passed. So no worries.

Ah, der er clanbase config med i den pakke, fedt nok, så kan jeg pille lidt ved den.

Hvad med server browser, i de gamle dage brugte vi the all seeing eye, men nu kan jeg jo lige passende spørge.

All seeing eye er stadig det bedste i mine øjne, men den dur ikke mere. http://www.bdamage.se/ er nok det bedste du kan få indtil videre tror jeg :)
