im planning to buy an xbox 360 but its in china can i play games that i buy in the netherlands on this xbox 360 from china ö

Unfortunately the x-box 360 games are region encoded, although a certain number of games are region free, although there a very few of them. Really you want to get an EU 360.

If you buy it from china, you cant play PAL games, but there are games that are region free.
