good servers?

hi

I'm new to et, I've been playing rtcw for some years and as it gets emptier every day I decided to switch to et.
I've been on some servers and most had weird mods or I got kicked for bot/wh :s

Are there any pubs having constantly good players, normal mods, no lame etc?

efterlyst and swertcw lag servers more than the half has 100 ping dutchies
