How to... This cfg!

Hi guys,
I saw this http://www.own3d.tv/video/10503/fredd__s_minimovie_2 and I wondered:
Is it possible to see (online) axis and allied like this on dirty map?
And if it's possible, how could I get thoose graphs?

I think I'm too tired to be understand,
Imo, you could see axis and allied great with his cfg, mine is just allied.
Idd, players are like dark and high quality and the map is dirty...
Understand meh?

Ouais mais avoues que tu les vois vachement sur la map!
Moi ma cfg je l'adore quand t'es axis, tu vois trop facilement les allied.
Mais après il faudrait que j'en fasse une autre où tu vois facilement les axis!

C'est parce que les décors sont déglingués ! Ca fait un contraste.

jtrouve que les tiens sont plus "bordelique" alorss que les siens (de la video) sont plus lisse et passent mieux. (f1 de ske g vu de ta cfg quand je l'ai test quoi :) j'avais âs encore mis en haute résolution, mais jpense pas que c t needed

r_gamma 2 / 1 try that ... or 1.5 1.8 just see how dark you want it

anyways nice preshooting he came up the ladder and shoot the nerd in room directly in the face :D

normal cfg imho grafix 4 nerds with bad PC
