If you start this "etplayer playing with cheater" - policy (concerning stray), I demand that other players receive bans, as well. We all know that various players are still playing with (ex)cheaters.

excheaters are people that have server their ban, people that haven't server their ban yet are cheaters, would you call gnajda an excheater, or would you call meez an excheater?

and if i had cf admin i would have banned anyone who is playing with a cb banned cheater, no exceptions.
