Dude, you really should learn how ETPro works, and it starts with having a stable team.
With a stable team, I understand you shouldn't hop from one team you make to another one, that you make again. It has been 1 week since I've seen that other recruitment topic.
When will you understand you don't have the maturity to lead and hold a team?
If I were you, I would totally change my identity, everyone knows you're busted/banned and that you can NOT lead a team.
