Even if I press printscreen when I'm ingame, it lags, guess that has to do with capturing a still shot or whatever, so well I dont think that the screenshot part will be a lot different than pb's :d
turn v-sync off or better yet - don't use slac

PB FPS 40-126 (com_maxfps 126) but every 5s 40 fps.
