poor fps
Hello been playing ET for a while on this computer and on alot of maps I can barley get a stable 76 fps. Goldrush it goes down to 30-40 at parts and on public servers it can even be a little shit sometimes on adlernest.
I've updated my gpu drivers and tried some low cfg's and high ones being no difference between the 2.
My system
CPU: AMD Phenom 9650 Quad-Core OC 2.53GHz
MotherBoard: Asus
HD: SATA 160 GB
Monitor: Hanns-G 19
Keyboard: Standard Logitech
Mouse: Razer DeathAdder 3500dpi
Mousepad: Razer Goliathus SE
Sound: Intergrated
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT 1028MB
Memory: 4000MB RAM
O/S: Windows XP Professional (Service Pack 3)
Headset: Technika (Cheap)
Connection: ADSL 20MB (4MB most of the time)
Had this comp for almost 2 years or so and never had stable fps with it and with this comp I guess I should at least be able to have a stable fps of 76 lol

u have to do it everytime u play et or search for program which does it instead of u
Problem detected
I`m using radeon hd 4870 as graphic-card
newer games runs smoothly but in ET i have poor fps
Had the same problem
switch to 450dpi and use wooden desk , no mousepad
125fps
1gb ram
