TS3/Vent probs

I got a problem with the Vent & TS3. Well everything is alright till I get into the game (ET). I can speak normally but when I'm getting into the game (ET) I cant press my push-to-talk button. Its on both TS3 & Vent. I use a free button for the PTT that doesn't have any use in the cfg.
It started to happen when I moved to win7.
What might be the problem? :(

run ventrilo as administrator

run vent or ts3 in adminstrator mode

open it at windows xp+admin :-\ had the same probzzzzzzz with Vent.
