maybe he has been banned by an ETPRO admin MOD.. if u del etkey or sumthing u get unbanned.. but get a other Pb guid..

Different players, same etpro guid.. seen it before. Totally different (dynamic) IPs for the different pb guids.

Back when it caused problems a lot I had a batch when I ran ET which deleted my etkey. It's not needed now, imo, because there are far fewer problems with it...

when you kicked from a server, you are banned 4 5 mins and some guys del. is etkey and get a new etkey and can reconnect again thats it why es has so many pbguids

Same deal here, I don't know about the others but because of a bug in etpro (?) many (if not all?) players with win98 as O/S get this very same etpro guid.

pbkey is based on etkey, if you look at contents of etkey it has:

- 28chars
- the rest is random chars because pb is too fucking noob to null terminate
- first 6 chars are 000000
- next 4 chars i think are always the same too 1002
- next 8 chars are the date the key was created i.e. 20070124 (yyyy-mm-dd)
- next 4 chars are i think usually/always the same 0014
- next 6 chars are the only real unique part
