it's just a luck solution no solution which is a solution for everyone. so what would u say if guys get a crash over crash but they don't run xfire or haven't xfire installed ....

I don't know if this is solved yet, don't check the forums too often, but i found what was causing it for me. Many people keep getting their et crashed from time to time, for me it sometimes took 5 or 6 tries to get it running, but lately i've been playing less video games and deleted some stuff. Because of that I had deleted xfire. It all went really well, no more crashes etc, but after installing xifre back, crashes started coming one by one-first one and not always, then to then three and so on. After turning xfire off everything worked fine.
Now i don't know if this will work for everyone (figured that not everyone is using xfire, as weird as it could be), but it works for me.
Bottom line: If you keep getting et crashes, Turn Xfire off!

I'm no coder, i can't tell you that, as i said, not everyone uses xfire but it works for me, may be it will work for someone else as well. Could be, that some other programs are interfering with slac or so. But this always works for me.
