while I agree with you about their skill not being premier (they'll be rolled, unfortunate for them) this switching is first come first serve so thanks for them doing it afterall. Its always a mess anyway to rate every team there is (which you hardly know and who hardly give any info on themselves at signup)

you should wait until the other teams will request to play in higher league, and then pick the best of them (at least do sth like that for premier :/), not that you give it to the fastest team
