Searching squad

Hello,
I am searching for a 3on3 or 6on6 ET Squad. It has to be stable and trains 3 times the week would be nice.
About me:
I am from Austria and speak Germany and England fluently.
One problem is, that i'm only 14 and my voice is childish ;).
My aim isn't the best one, but i'm good at teamplay (but if you're interested in me you'll see),

come on and get me xD

Actually it wasn't spam on mIRC fucktard. I played with a mate that knew those polars.
