Knoppix help

Can someone tell me how the make an backup image with knoppix?

the story: my 2nd harddisk doesnt work well. The entry is corrupt so i cant acces the disk. All the data on the HD is available but i cant acces it.

When i start Knoppix, i see the not working HD but dont know how to backup it on another HD.

Who can help? You can also answer in Dutch.
