TS3 In-game problem

I can speak on TS3 without any problem till the moment that I start ET. When Im In-game my push-to-talk button isn't working. I run TS3 as an administrator and it still doesnt work. On the other hand, with the ventrilo I have no problems at all.
What might be the problem,

ingame talking via ts3 isnt possible, as you are ingame u have to go to Options->Audio->and enable ingame voice . so everything u say will be transported via the game mod and not via teamspeak

got some problem at times with ventrilo. what helps for me is running 1) ventrilo 2) tzac(&ET) as an adminstrator (IN THIS ORDER.)
