15+
med- (or better)
be able to make some fun ;o
english speaking

Or it´s changed now - decent+skilled -> med/med+/high?

have you heard about linking words or smth? cause its not decent, skilled.. its decent skilled (use google translator if needed), ur just flaming wherever you can ;o
