Field HQ Beta 4

Ive fixed the bugs found in the cpc2 showmatches. The docs are no longer accessible until the keycard is captured. Also some of the inside areas have been redesigned. The axis spawn is now every 20 seconds instead of the 15 of before.

Im glad the map got some good play time so far.. I think you will enjoy the changes.

If there are more, I am willing to work them out.
