TZAC problem

I got the same problem as this guy http://tz-ac.com/topic.php?id=382

tzac doesnt start it says "couldnt load driver", i tried installing OSR, i registered the "tizek32" but it doesnt let me start the service, it says "the dirver has been blocked from loading".

Please if someone knows how to fix it, i would be very gratefull since i want to start playing etpro.
