To whoever saying it's someone pushing out: backwards? Also, that is the animation of someone going up stairs, if it was a nade the animation is the same as jumping.

ALSO, he's way too far, if it was really on the outside jumping down he would be closer, go on a server and try it yourself, he'd look much bigger.
