TeamSpeak 3 problem

Need some help here, google didnt help me much. :(

When I connect to a TeamSpeak 3 server, everything but the sounds from teamspeak gets disabled (windows/applications).
Everything goes back to normal if I close TS3.
I disabled all plugins In TS3, and I have checked out most options. I also tried to disable and "set as standard device" : "Digital Output (S/PDIF)", "Communication Headphones" and "Speakers / Headphones" in the windows playback , seperately, in the windows settings menue.

Windows 7

Any ideas? kudos for trying

Settings -> Setup Wizard -> next next next till u get to the part volume control
Or Settings -> plugins -> unbox volume control

Yeah I read that on google also but the wizard never gives me that option and on plugins I dont even see that either.
Plugins (all unchecked):
AppScanner,
ClientQuery,
Lua plugin,
Test plugin,
g15 keyboard display,
Teamspeak 3 overlay plugin
