A person with skills preferably between low and high,
NOT lower ( you'll doom us to a lifetime of survitude with your low- skill )
NOT higher ( you'll just steal all of our frags :< and that would make us sad pirates )

A person that can and will obey me ( in this case "the TAX I bring to you" )

A person that can speak English ( You don't have to be an Englishmen, just make sure you know the basics of this language, a few examples:

A person that can but will not - unless I demand or ask you - whine, when they die or get backraged or get whined at or get frontraged and so on...
